I think I’ll take a little break from this blog until I have something I feel I need to share. I committed to posting everyday in order to make myself accountable, and I really relied on this blog for that for a long while. But, I feel like I’ve come to the end of what I need to write about, and I find myself with nothing substantial to say these days.
I’m sure things will pop up, the way major progress is made in therapy sometimes when you feel like you have “nothing” on your agenda to discuss. But, in general, I feel like I’m in a pretty good place doing pretty well with eating, body image, and relationships.
So, I’ll write when I have something to say! Until then…
